On the northern Bank of the mighty Rhine

Ideal for one night stay on multi-day trip. Great location among several wine-making businesses. Great location, just 5 mins walk from the Rhine, with places to eat and drink the excellent local wine.

This is a once good quality one-bedtoomed flat now a little tired, due to the whole building being purchased by the vineyard and used for staff accom (??), offices (??) and storage..

The worst thing was the dust. It looks like the apartment has not been cleaned for a long time. There was a lot of dust on the towels, under the bed and everywhere in the air. Given that I am allergic to dust, this was not good. There is also no shampoo in the bathroom (usually it is included). It would also be nice to have tea or coffee. And have a bike parking rack.

In one room the bathroom was not clean with mould present. The proprialisiertes a working vineyard and therefore has an unattractive presentation. Rooms to the rear face a noisy main road.

Needs attention

- The location was within walking distance of the town -The accommodation was a nice size with a very comfortable bed and clean bedding - There was a table and 4 chairs on the deck which would’ve been nice to sit on but dirty cleaning towels were left hanging on the chairs and along the railing which I wasn’t going to touch during a pandemic - The kitchen was satisfactory with a Nespresso coffeemaker but no coffee pods

-Lack of proper cleaning of apartment -No cleaning products in apartment -Dirty towels on the balcony and dining table & chairs -No coffee pods for coffee maker -No pillow case on spare pillow -Unswept floors in bedroom -View from windows to storage yard -No signs directing you where to check in -No information in room on check out or where to leave the keys -Loud neighbors!!

Die Lage war sehr praktisch; fussläufig am Rhein!

Leider wurden die Heizungen bevor wir kamen nicht eingestellt und somit war es die erste Nacht extrem kalt.

Die im Internetangebot booking.com zu sehnenden Fotos gehören nicht alle zum Zimmer, deshalb etwas Irritation bei der Ankunft. Ein Kühlschrank auch für dieses Gästezimmer wäre eine Überlegung wert

Ruhige Lage, sauberes und schönes Apartment

Uns hat das Apartment am Rande von Hattenheim sehr gut gefallen. Es war groß mit schönem Bad und alles war sehr sauber. Tolle Dusche. Angenehme Matratze. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber in wenigen Gehminuten sind der Ortskern und der Rhein mit schönem Biergarten erreichbar. Wir hatten zwar keinen Balkon, aber vor dem Haus steht eine schmale Bank, auf der wir abends sitzen und noch unseren Wein trinken konnten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns sogar 4 Flaschen Wasser gratis (!) überlassen. Hammer!

Ein Küchenhandtuch fehlte, aber wir hatten eins dabei :).

Tolle Lage fußläufig vom Ortskern und Weinprobierstand am Rhein mit Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Nicht wieder

Ferienwohnung ohne Frühstück , helle und große Räume

Schimmel im Bad; Sauberkeit in der ganzen Wohnung unbefriedigend ( viele Spinnweben, Deckenlampen mit Insekten verschmutzt); Schlafen mit offenem Fenster unmöglich, da Bahnlinie mit sehr viel Güterverkehr Tag und Nacht laut zu hören war

Die Hausherrin hatte auf uns gewartet und uns das Appartment übergeben inclusive der Schlüssel. Die Gastgeber waren in den Folgetagen erreichbar und freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Heizung bzw. Klimaanlage wäre erklärungsbedürftig. Eingaben waren zwar leicht zu machen, übernommen bzw. ausgeführt hat sie das Gerät (im Schlafzimmer) aber nicht.

Unpersönlich

Statt einem zu erwartwnden Ausblick in die Weinberg sahen wir vom Balkon auf einen hässlichen Schrottplatz. Die Unterkunft selbst war ordentlich. Bei einer Unterkunft bei einem Winzer hätte ich ein persönlicheres Ambiente erwartet. Ausser der Schlüsselübergabe hatten wir keinen Kontakt zu dem Vermieter. Die Umgebung war so wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben.
