About this apartment rental
Property managed by GLAMAPARIS with a unique official registration number from the Mairie de Paris. All bookings are covered by cancellation (Covid included) and liability insurance. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
This 48m² apartment is located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, on the border with Saint Germain des Près, just a few steps from the Seine, and very close to the Musée d'Orsay.
It features a large living room, a full kitchen and a bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom.
The entrance to the apartment opens onto the kitchen on the right, equipped with all modern appliances: oven, microwave, hob with hood, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, freezer...
On the left, the large living room comfortably seats 4. The living room has a TV corner and a work area. Large windows bring plenty of light into the room.
Opposite the living room is the bedroom with king-size bed and plenty of storage space. The room faces the courtyard, and is therefore very quiet. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub with hand shower, toilet and washbasin.
The apartment also features a washing machine, high-speed Internet access and cable channels.
Two guides are provided: one to help you use the apartment's equipment and a second with information on the local area (supermarkets, bakeries, etc.).
A member of our team will be on hand to welcome you, show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have.
This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

maintenance support throughout your stay

Loved this location! Super close to the Seine, Louve, d'Orsey, etc. Plenty of room and having a 1.5 bath apartment was fantastic. Grocery literally 30 steps from the front door and over a dozen nice restaurants/bistros within 2 blocks. Steps for anyone with disabilities may be an issue. Three flights with 42 steps. Eveerything else was fantastic. Quiet yet close to everything. Would definitely stay there on our next trip.

Everything about this property was wonderful. It was clean. The beds were good. It has good water pressure and the hot water is really hot! The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to Central Paris. There is a washer, but no dryer, so be prepared to hang your clothes to dry them. It is an older building, which has its charm, but be prepared to climb stairs, We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice clean apartment, well-appointed in a tremendous central location, with an excellent driver’s service. We had 3 problems. Our Glamparis Booking Confirmation states, “We will visit the apartment, show you all you need and explain the most important to know”. They did not offer to come to our apartment to help with anything. Maybe that contributed to the 3 problems.
An extra charge for late check-in is reasonable, but the self-check-in procedure for late arrivals is a bad system. Our flight to Paris was cancelled and re-routed. When we arrived late, @ 11:00, we needed flashlights to walk through a pitch-black courtyard and enter codes for lock-box in the total dark and then go to another building and do it again in the dark. It made us feel unsafe. The apartment instructions and pictures for the television did not match the remotes we had, they were different. We texted and emailed Glamparis back and forth for 3 days. We never got the tv to work, we just gave up. The water went off from 08:00 am to 17:00 pm the last 2 days. Among the fliers in the entryway, there was a note in French but Glamparis never told us the water would be turned off, we found out from the plumber after the water was off.
