Great location, very decent apartment

The apartment is in a very good location, but certainly NOT ski in/out. See below. The building is well kept, the beds basic but comfortable, reasonable cooking facilities (but if you're serious about cooking in the apt, bring your fav utensils).

It's a 2 minute walk to the lift. I imagine that at the height of winter, one can ski close to via Carrel and then walk another minute to the apt, otherwise it's also a 2-3 minute walk back. No big deal, but "ski in/out" is a bit misleading.

Location and well equipped and communication and advice from Francesca was top.

Nothing. Was fine for a short stay of 3 friends. Little bit expensive but for a location close to the centre and lifts, ok.

Nice host, perfectly located apartment in a dream ski area.

Francesca, our host took very good care of us and helped also out with hints and recommendations. Very friendly contact from the time of booking to the last day. Perfectly located apartment in walking distance to one of the main lifts. Across the street is a bar with apres ski, therefore be aware of some noise at night. The apartment is not most modern but everything is there, its roomy enough. All in all, nothing was missing. We would come back anytime.

Extremely welcoming host, providing valuable info and quickly responding to all our questions! The apartment was cozy and equipped with everything we needed and bonus location right next to the ski lifts!

-right in the centre of the village- very convenient for getting around and ski ing -apartment is well equipped with everything you need -heating was effective -host is very responsive and helpful

-it can get noisy at night since you are in the middle of the village

Cervinia 2020 Skiing

We loved the hosts and their property. It has a great location in the middle of the town close to the slopes. It has everything you should need for a self catering stay.

It would have been great to have another set of keys.

Right in the middle, easy to access everything

The apartment was right in the middle of cervinia, of the restaurants, shops and bars. We spent most of our time skiing, so it was very accessible and close to the lifts. Very easy to find.

Great position, right in the main street of Cervinia. Very close to the lifts (200m), restaurants and shops. We didn’t use the car during the entire holiday. Appartment was clean and in a nice building. The owners were very helpful and disposable.
