We loved our stay here. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 and had everything we needed.
We were met at the property by Mrs Anna who was very helpful and prompt.

Really comfortable and clean apartment.
Barbara was extremely helpful in any messages beforehand and provided expect guidance on driving route etc. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Toiletries provided, towels brand new. Location was perhaps 2 mins walk from the bottom of the lift. Boot room etc there. Kitchen was perfect size - everything worked. shower worked well. There was a big snow dump when we stayed there so having the underground parking was a big time saver when it came time to leave.
Some people have mentioned the noise from the heating system. It seems to be noise from the pipes and essentially sounds like a radiator tuning on. I guess if you were a very light sleeper it might bother you. I just wore earplugs and had no issue. The apartment itself if otherwise very quiet (not near a bar, no noisy neighbours etc) so it’s actually a very peaceful place to sleep.

it is not clear that there are NOT two rooms. there is a small area with a bunk bed in it which has been added. this is not separate properly from the other room

Dirty apartment
Good location Good kitchen setting - pots, pans, table settings, some ingriedents. Very convenient for family.
Sorry for owners who were nice and helpfull, but seems our cleanliness standards are very different. The place was affuly dirty, even disgusting! Traveling to Alps for 15 years and this was worst we have seen - dirty shirts, hairs and crumbs from privous guests everywhere. After arrival I spend about an hour to clean entire apartment. For the amount of dirt, seemed noone had cleaned it propetly for a long time. Also owners brought new sheets after our request. After that it was kind of ok, but anyway I did not let my kids play on the carpet, becose it seemed untisanitary. For 2000€ euro a week in Italian Alps you can expect fourniture to be a little old or worn, but definatly not this!!
