Suite La Fenice

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Suite La Fenice. Das Apartment ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die hochwertige Ausstattung – es wurde wirklich an viele kleine Details gedacht, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Angela. Sie hat uns vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise ausgezeichnet betreut, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen unterstützt. Eine besonders schöne Überraschung war, dass der Kühlschrank bereits mit Frühstückszutaten und Snacks gefüllt war. Dadurch konnten wir direkt nach unserer Ankunft ankommen und unseren Aufenthalt genießen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Gebäude. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist die Anbindung hervorragend: Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur etwa 100 Meter entfernt und bringt einen in wenigen Minuten sowohl in die Unterstadt als auch in die wunderschöne Altstadt von Bergamo. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und würden die Suite La Fenice jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an Angela für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und den rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Wer Bergamo besucht und eine komfortable, hervorragend ausgestattete und bestens gelegene Unterkunft mit außergewöhnlich persönlichem Service sucht, dem können wir die Suite La Fenice uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay with Angela! The apartment was very clean, modern, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could ask for, and the air conditioning made sure the temperature stayed comfortable even on warm days. We were especially delighted by the lovingly prepared breakfast: The fridge was well-stocked with butter, jam, sausage, cheese, yogurt, milk, juice, water, and many other breakfast items. Toast was also provided. In addition, beer and various soft drinks were available in the fridge. For a typical Italian breakfast, Angela had also prepared a selection of delicious sweet treats. As a special welcome gift, a bottle of Prosecco was even waiting for us. The Nespresso machine ensured the perfect start to the day. The lower town of Bergamo is a 10-minute walk away. The bus stop to the the centre of Bergamo is just a few steps away; there is also a bus that goes to the end station of the rack railway in the old town. There is plenty of parking available around the accommodation. Angela is an exceptionally warm, attentive and helpful host. We felt completely at home from the very first moment and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much, Angela – we’d love to come back!

There’s nothing to complain about.

The apartment is well equipped (incl washing machine for longer trips), extremely clean, the hostess is very charming and ensures you have everything you need. It’s very safe which way important to us and it’s located perfectly to walk towards La Citta Alta, go for a run on the trail or get out of the city quickly for the nearby towns

It would be more convenient to have checkout time until 10am, not only 9am.
