Unsanitary or excessively dirty conditions will result in loss of the entire deposit plus insurance damages. If black and gray tanks are not dumped before return, a $275 fee will apply. If you prefer, we can handle cleaning for you. Optional cleaning service: $425. Gas tank will be full at pick-up. Please return full. Otherwise, you will be charged the cost of fuel plus a $100 fee. Safety and Parking If the vehicle requires towing or hitch services, you must use a licensed towing company or the entire deposit will be forfeited. Always park the RV on a level and dry surface. Damage caused by improper parking or surface conditions will result in loss of the entire deposit plus insurance damages.
