The facility room/washroom cleanliness were not good. The buffet spread were also average. The staffs in the restaurant were not available whenever we require. The overall feel of a 5 star hotel were missing (felt like a 3 star based on the experience).

I expected a much better experience from Novotel Kochi. I booked a room for 3 adults and paid around ₹8,500, including breakfast. However, the room had two small beds and a mattress placed on the floor for the third guest. The room was too small to comfortably accommodate the mattress, making the stay inconvenient. I requested a better sleeping arrangement, such as a larger bed or an alternative room if available, but no satisfactory solution was provided. While the staff was courteous, the room arrangement did not match the price paid or the standards I expected from a hotel of this category. The breakfast was good, but overall, the room experience was disappointing. I hope the hotel improves room allocation and sleeping arrangements for guests booking triple occupancy.
