Posizione ottima vicino al centro e alla spiaggia.
Appartamento molto sporco. Arredi vecchi. Spazi al limite della convivenza. Bagno piccolo e non corrispondente alle fotografie. Zona rumorosa. Stoviglie scarse e tutte spaiate, alcuni attrezzi da cucina inutilizzabili. Scopa piccola e sporca. Mancanza di stendibiancheria. Bollitore da buttare.
