Nothing to much, really maybe just afew people coming in from a nite out banging doors & talking a bit loud

Breakfast was superb and the hotel is bang in the middle of town as well - perfect - very friendly staff and talk about attentive!! Only just opened but I am sure it will be a great spot for the summer - reports of charges to use the pool for residents may hamper people staying there during the day, especially families but not certain on that as yet.
