The location and a few members of staff, one in particular who was very nice, she worked in the reception area and was a great help when I took unwell.
Rooms are tiny, the toilet is in the shower, shower was awful, room only cleaned every 2-3 days, had to keep asking for clean towels, kitchen was closed quite a lot so couldn’t get food, pool area wasn’t cleaned at all while we were there and that was for a month, only 3 sunbeds at pool and placed
dangerously close to the pool as tiny area, sunbeds at pool never cleaned either and covered in bird droppings, the AC didn’t work well so room wasn’t kept cool.
