I loved the area and how all the food was within walking distance.
I wasn’t expecting the bedroom to be so small but that is normal for a first-year residence suite.

The location was fantastic, on the University Campus grounds, near the sea. Campus shops, food shops and entertainment are able to be used by guests. Great Value for money
As its a uni campus it can be quiet noisy all times of the day and no air con in rooms.

Beaches are close by, within a 15 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance.
Basic, no frills. The bed wasn't made. There is a shared kitchen, but no silverware or dishes. Hard mattress. Laundry costs $5 for the laundry card and $10 minimum to use the card. One hour bus ride to downtown Vancouver.
