The location is amazing, everything was close, and the terrace was a great place to drink coffee. The woman who greeted us was very kind and helpful! The apartment was very clean as well as the bedding.

Comfortable and convenient location. I was worried about parking, but there were a parking area, and a parking garage nearby (5 min walk) 2 minute from the main pedestrian walk in the city.
Check-in over the phone. Request to send ID document over the phone while waiting at door in hallway where motion sensitive light kept shutting off. Phone staff allowed me to enter and send the document from the comfort of the room, so I was grateful for that... (Hint: have an ID pic on your phone, ready to send...)

Great central location. Good value.
Communication at checkin and checkou was lacking. . There was a kettle in the hall but no teabags Missing shower screen bulky pillows ( not to my liking anyway )
