Super. Gerne wieder.

Lage: Ein paar hundert Meter zur Altstadt, etwas kürzer zum Wasser. Sehr ruhige Nebenstraße. Konzum und ein sehr gutes Restaurant sind gleich ums Eck, ein Bäcker auch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, und sprechen deutsch.

Po příjezdu do Poreče na nás čekal delegát agentury Euro Tours, který nám sdělil, že toto potvrzené

Po příjezdu do Poreče na nás čekal delegát agentury Euro Tours, který nám sdělil, že toto potvrzené ubytování není k dispozici a že má pro nás náhraní ubytování, a to Apartaments Rakovac. Jelikož to bylo kolem 22 hodiny večerní a cestovali jsme se dvěma malými dětmi-celkem 5 osob, 3 dospělí a 2 děti-proto jsme chtěli 2 apartmány, souhlasili jsme a jeli se ubytovat. Ráno jsme zjistili, že uvedené ubytování neoodpovídá tomu, které jsme si objednali-tedy Aldo a Aldo II, které mají vaše hodnocení 9,7 a 9,6 a 0,8 km od centra blízko pláže. Apertmán Rakovac má vaše hodnocení 8,1. Požadovali jsme tedy po agentuře Euro Tours změnu na odpovídající náhradu, ale všechny 3 možnosti, které jsme viděli neodpovídalo objednaným Aldo a Aldo II. Odmítli jsem s tím, že jsme ochotni zůstat v Apartmánu Rakovac s tím že bude kompenzována cena s ohledem na hodnocení 9,7 a 8,1. Nabídli nám 10% slevy, když sami zrušíme rezervaci. Naše představa je 30 až 50% původní ceny, proto jsme na nabídku nepřistoupili, že ji budeme řešit s vámi. Prosím tedy o vaše vyjádření k celé záležitosti. S pozdravem Kamil Lamich
