Well equipped kitchen, very quiet at night, good location - the supermarket is within minutes from the apartment, big balcony

The distance to the city center. Parking space afront of the apartment.

It's old fashion furniture. The water tap in the toilet needs to be fixed. The TV set from 80's doesn't work. In general quite oldish apartment. Mind the head. I hit it a few times.
