on the beach, loved the tiki bar great food & great service. Italian restaurant went twice one good experience (bar side) & one not good other side. the hotel itself, needs a facelift.

I loved the location of the hotel and the different amenities the hotel offers. As in the hotel restraunt, bar, spa, store, coffee, and being directly on the beach and the pool was excellent
The outside of our trash can and the outside of our fridge could have been cleaner. We had no TV service our entire four day stay even though I requested 3 separate times for someone to come fix it. We were left with 4 regular towels, 2 wash clothes, and 3 beach towels, and you were not provided any extra towels for your stay (so don't spill anything).. The man and women at the front desk at check in were so beyond rude that I literally was in tears at check in, because I was confused about the name of the hotel and where I was supposed to go. The man on night shift was amazing. The hotel is nice, and is right on the Beach and has a nice restraunt, bar, pool, store, and spa, but that doesn't make up for not having tv or clean towels for a 4 day stay.
