Frühstück ist nicht inkludiert, es gibt eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung, Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, der Haushund sorgte für liebenswürdige Ablenkung. Es gibt einen sehr hübschen Garten, einen Parkplatz oberhalb des Quartiers auf der Hauptstrasse. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und meine Aussicht war auch sehr hübsch. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet und ganz besonders schön und großzügig ist das Badezimmer.
Ein ganz kleines Manko war die Klimaanlage, zur Zeit meines Besuches hatte es allerdings an die 40 Grad und in der Nacht gab es kaum Abkühlung. Die Klimaanlage hat in der Nacht nicht ganz so gut gekühlt, die Temperatur ließ sich nur auf 28-29 Grad senken, Durch das konsequente Schließen der Zimmertür zum Gang/Bad wurde es etwas besser. Das Bett ist, wie beschrieben, eine Ausziehcouch (eher französische Bettgröße), das hat nicht ganz den Komfort eines echten Bettes.
