The location was on a quiet street and really convenient to access good restaurants, coffee shops, etc.. The pool area was great and the reception staff were friendly. If you don't speak Spanish, the reception staff are still very helpful. I was able to store my luggage there, and it worked perfectly. I loved the location and the set-up.

If you want to use any of the amenities, such as the sauna, you have to register with the front desk, then they turn it on, and you have to wait for it to heat up before you can actually use it. Same with the pool. It was inconvenient but minorly so. Really good amenities to have. The a/c was good at cooling the place, but it was not very strong or turned on during the night. There were minor issues in the apt, the lamp was missing a bulb, etc, but overall, no issues. There was a slight dampness to the towels when I checked in, but I immediately aired them out, and they were fine for the duration of my stay - no issues with them.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the host was very responsive. The location is hard to beat.

The amenities were not working (sauna was “undergoing maintenance”, the hot tub was cold water) and the room was cold. It was very basic.
