El espacio y la ubicación.

En una parte de la descripción decía que contaba con una cama y un sofacama, sin embargo solo era un sillón. El sillón huele a antro. El check in empezaba desde las 9:30 según la app y pude entrar hasta las 2. El guardia de la entrada me trató como si yo estuviera inventando la información que claramente estaba expresa.

La ubicación, la distribución del lugar, muy cute! Se me olvidó lavar unas copas, perdón 😭

Ok, donde empezar? Jajaja la regadera era un shoooow para que saliera agua mínimo tibia, no le atinabas y era un desperdicio de agua. Le faltaba una puerta (creo) igual a la regadera. Plancha de ropa no había. Y un espejo tamaño completo creo le vendría muy bien 👌🏻 fuera de eso todo bien en general!

Por parte de la ubicación esta muy bien, cerca de Reforma y super fácil poder llegar.

Solo un poco el tema de las almohadas que no estaban tan cómodas, pero de lo demás todo muy bien la verdad.

When I made the reservation, Booking.com stated that check-in was from 9 AM to 2 PM. Although unusual, this was clearly indicated. To avoid misunderstandings, I contacted the property through Booking.com but received no reply for two weeks. I then tried WhatsApp, again without a timely response. The situation started to look like a potential scam, so I asked a local person to call from a Mexican number. The owner eventually responded and promised to send access codes, but never did. Before our 24-hour journey without internet access, I tried to resolve everything and agreed with the owner that we could check in at 9 AM, as advertised. However, upon arrival, the woman responsible for checking passports and granting access refused to let us in until 2 PM. She did not even contact the owner to verify our agreement. After 24 hours of travelling, the last thing we wanted was an argument. I had to call the owner myself to get permission to enter. What would have happened if I had not had a working phone? We wanted to shower after the journey, only to find barely enough soap for one person. For €100 per night, I would expect basic amenities to be provided. Overall, the apartment is considerably worse than the photos suggest and not particularly comfortable. The only table suitable for eating is occupied by a huge TV, and there is no table on the balcony, coach is quite used. The door code keypad on the handle is inconvenient. The blender shown in the photos was missing, and only two gas burners worked. There is no space by the sink for toiletries and no convenient power sockets on both sides of the bed. The towels are made of a blanket-like material and barely absorb water. There is no hairdryer either. Several small details make the stay less comfortable than expected. Personal belongings, including shoes, were left in the wardrobe, giving the impression that someone might still be living in the apartment while it is being rented out.
