Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and great kitchen area. The location is perfect for walking the South West coast path.
Bus stop at the bottom of the hill. Penzance is a nice bus ride away and the bus station in Penzance takes you far and wide and the train station is just over the road .
Fresh fish shops about a 5 minute walk .
10 minute walk and a well stocked Co-op a bit further along the road.
We went on the train so didn’t have a car and certainly didn’t need one!
The information left in the cottage by the owners was excellent and they had obviously put a lot of thought into it to helping people staying at Walter.
The owners left a us bread, milk, jams and some cakes.
We were so impressed with the cottage and the location that the day we got home we booked again for next year.

Great position. Lovely little place with easy walking routes to nearby villages and facilities.
Glad it was just outside Penzance, nearing Mousehole.
Having to pay for parking, not a massive amount, but still having to pay. Hardly no on-street parking nearby.
Had to do several loads to and from car, as no nearby stopping place.

The property was clean & tidy, spacious on the inside and comfortable for a family of 4 with a double bed and 2 single beds.
The shower had good pressure and the bathroom was well lit.
The living room was a good size and the kitchen had plenty of space.
Only thing to remember is that the property is on a hill and parking is limited in the nearby long stay car park, if you can't find a space you have to park at the bottom of the hill and walk the hill!
