The villa was very good, clean and well presented, in a small development around a central pool. The complex was well maintained and located between Marina Rubicon and Papagayo.
Main issue was the poor sound proofing between the villas

Location, great pool and very accessible to Marina Rubicón. Easy secure access.
Air conditioning would have been great, although supplied with adequate ceiling fans and freestanding fans.
