Location is lovely in the centre of the village but right at the back door of the pub with 6.30am bottle collection. Difficult to find
Difficult to find. Curtains and kitchen sideboard need to be replaced. 6.30am wake up isn’t ideal for a holiday

The location was excellent. Just a few hundred metres from the harbour and shops. Jackie who was in charge of welcoming us was very friendly and a bottle of wine and 2 litres of milk were a great welcoming gift. Being senior citizens we were worried about what was described as steep winding steps to front door but there were only about 12 steps and a handrail
The curtains were old and hard to pull over. There was no phone coverage although the wifi was good. I had to climb up one of the hills to contact the taxi service. Discovered on our last day that there is a working telephone box in the village. Only 2 toilet rolls for 4 people for 4 days and it was a steep climb to the co-op to get more.

Great location right in Port Isaac. Comfortable living room kitchen.
The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked loudly when we rolled over. The rooms were a bit chilly. The instructions for finding the apt were inadequate. We had to go beyond the front door and thru a gate to a patio( marked private and having a different name) to access the outside stairs that lead to the upstairs apartment. We needed the local agents help to find it.
