Luxury finishes set this property apart—with a centerpiece staircase, oversized stone fireplace, all granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, and walnut woodwork throughout. This estate features a ping pong table, hot tub, and ample outdoor space to make your stay as fun as it is luxurious.

Located in Ludlow, minutes to Okemo mountain, shopping, dining, and hiking.

Car required. 4x4 required during snow season, December-March.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: There's a total of 5 window AC units, one unit in each of the five bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Pets: We love our furry friends, but this home isn’t set up to host pets. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the space serene and welcoming for all.
Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 12 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 12 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.

Everything was great with our stay. The house was clean, spacious, well stocked, amd great location. Easy booming and check in provess. Will hopefully be back!

We stayed for a week in August, an annual golf trip for 10 adults. The home is beautiful. There is plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was spectacular, very well equipped. The dining room was perfect for the 10 of us. The master bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The shower in the MBR on the second floor was amazing.
The only down side was that it was advertised as having 4 showers. There were only 3 and 2 of those were part of the master bedrooms.

The house and location were awesome and the property manager was very accommodating. Would recommend this space 10/10.
