About this house rental
Located in a private development, this home sits surrounded by the lush forest with a clearing exposing the face of Okemo. In the home you will find touches from Restoration Hardware, Tempur-Pedic, Nectar and more. 2 king, 2 queen, and a room with 4 twins. 3900 square feet, offering an eat in kitchen and formal dining room. In the living room you will find a huge cloud couch, propane fireplace, and a 75 in tv. The library, stocked with books provides the perfect spot to read. Quality linens, towels, and toiletries.
For the security of all of our guests, we have two exterior cameras, one located in the front of the house facing the driveway and another in the backyard facing the back door which includes the hot tub.
Liability Waiver for Hot Tub and Amenities:
You understand that there are special health risks that may be involved in using the hot tub, as well as safety risks using other areas of the home (fire pit, barbeque, and gas fireplace, as examples). In particular, you understand that there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as danger to any person using the hot tub if a person has health risks, is intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or if pregnant. The hot tub should be kept at a temperature that is less than 104 for personal safety. You understand that use of the hot tub and amenities is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in the use of the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the hot tub or amenities and hold owner harmless. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the hot tub or amenities. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.

Nice big house with all you need. The views of Okemo have grown in a bit and are probably more open in the winter. Sunset over the mountain is pretty.

A Perfect Retreat for Families – Thoughtful, Cozy, and SereneWe had a truly wonderful stay at this cozy and beautifully maintained home. Everything about the house felt thoughtfully curated—from the wide selection of books (ranging from travel and politics, fiction to non-fiction) and the games and incredibly comfortable beds.Three families with multiple children stayed together, and the space worked perfectly for all of us. The kids especially loved their cozy sleeping arrangements and, of course, the hot tub—which quickly became a favorite hangout spot!The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with utensils and everything we needed to prepare meals together. The home is set in a serene location, with peaceful trails nearby that make for great morning walks and afternoon explorations.It was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable times we've had. Christine, the host, was exceptionally kind and responsive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and family-friendly getaway.
