The combination to the key lock is difficult to read with the darkness of the area. We had luggage transfer and we weren't able to have it delivered to the location as no-one was on site to receive luggage. It ended up with the luggage being dropped at a gift shop and we hauled it to the accommodation. The wi-fi was not working for the start of the visit and we only heard the following morning to use to QR code on the top of the wi-fi box after we had re-booted it.

Everything was fine. Location was great with easy to walk neighborhood. Apartment had everything we needed.
We had a bit of trouble understanding the check-in process with the app, but after that everything was good.

El alojamiento es grande y estaba limpio. La ubicación es muy buena y tiene de todo al rededor.
Menaje de cocina escaso. Mobiliario viejo y sofás incómodos.

Piso muy bien insonorizado a pesar de que la calle era un poco ruidosa. Buena ubicación cerca de la estación de tren y con un supermercado justo en frente.
La recogida de las llaves fue una odisea: las instrucciones de descargar una app y recibir un código para acceder no funcionaron. Nos obligaron a tener que ir a por llaves físicas y nos avisaron 20' antes de nuestra hora de check-in. Un lavabo estaba roto y no nos lo notificaron. El WiFI no funcionaba y tuvimos que configurarlo los huéspedes. Microondas que a veces funcionaba y otras, no.
