Apartamenty Royal Resort & Spa - Taras z widokiem na basen

Perfect location, very warm swimming pool, spotless clean apartment. We really appreciated easy check in and underground parking.

The property was clean and furnished well for 2 adults. Walking distance to town centre but we did take taxi few times as it was raining almost constantly during our stay. Nicely furnished balcony with view of the pool, we were able to see if the pool was busy or not. We made a good use of the heated pool and spa was lovely too. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a breakfast or a quick meal (we only missed a spatula;)) including salt, pepper and sugar. Dishwasher tablets were also provided. Coffee maker with ground coffee was a nice touch.

In our opinion, this is not a property for 4 adults. There is no room to move or sit anywhere once the sofa bed is extended. Have to take turns to have breakfast on 2 chairs or change the sofa bed to sofa if you’d like to watch tv or chill in the evening. This means all the bedding has to go into the bedroom. After one night two of the 4 adults rented another apartment. The fact that only 2 wristbands spa passes were provided also proves our point. The bathroom mat is slippery on the floor and pillows could do with changing.

Apartment with a view to the pool and mountains. Close walk away from the pedestrian street. Undergroun parking. Unlimited time in heated pool and SPA area. Comfortable bed. Perfect for 2-3 people. In warm weather can enjoy meal or relax on the balcony.

No toiletries in the bathroom - have to bring your own shampoo or shower gel. (It does not cost much, but i feel it would make a big difference if this would be included in the price). Could hear neighbours taking shower from the next apartment pretty good. Only 2 chairs at the table, so the whole family of 4 can not enjoy meal together. Glass in the kitchen with split edges (why just not throw it away?) Knives only 2 small, one of them coming apart, and one bread knife. Coffee maker from the 1990’, pretty unsure of it’s cleanliness… No kitchen towel or paper towels for hands. Comunication pretty slow and only in writing. When tried calling upon arrival, no one picked up. Pretty hot in the bedroom. Although you can find some of the essential information on the back of the door, it would be nice to have some info in more obvious place so you know where to look for it. About wi fi, spa bracelets, kids playroom and so on. Would save time for clients and owners.
