- kotka - lokalizacja - widok z tarasu - -1 piętro ze stolikami , bilardem, kawą/herbatą
- smród w wille i pokoju (po pierwszy w życiu kupiłam świecę aromatyczną do pokoju) - nawalone śmieci na terytorium - stare wgniecione materace Może lat 15 temu to było przecudowne miejsce, ale dawno czas na remont, przede wszystkim wymienić dywany i materace, i wyszorować cały budynek wraz z terytorium

Świetna lokalizacja - 5 minut spacerkiem do centrum. Biedronka na przeciwko, a mimo to cicho i spokojnie. Bardzo miły, uprzejmy i kontaktowy właściciel domu. Wygodne łóżka i czysta pościel.
Niestety willa jest w opłakanym stanie i wewnątrz i na zewnątrz. Meble, wykładziny są stare i zniszczone. Jest mroczno, wszędzie panuje półmrok i niestety bardzo, bardzo brzydko pachnie stęchlizną;-(
