Fatalna obsługa. W dniu przyjazdu zadzwonilam z pytaniem czy jest możliwość wcześniejszego zaparkowania auta, Pani powiedziała że da znać, niestety się nie odezwła, dopiero po moim ponownym kontakcie, powiedziała że wszystko gotowe i można się zameldować (jakby zapomniała że miała się odezwać). Do apartamentu przypisane są 2 miejsca parkingowe, chodziło tylko o wcześniejsze pozostawienie auta nie zameldowanie w apartamencie co zaznaczyłam w rozmowie. Pani wysłana dokładna instrukcje zameldowania, niestety na moje pytanie wysłane sms podczas zameldowania NIE DOSTAŁAM ŻADNEJ ODPOWIEDZI. W ostatnim dniu popytu nie mogłam skontaktować się z Panią, (dzwoniłam chwilę po 10 wymeldownie o 11) by ustalić gdzie zostawić klucze. Pani poprosiła o wyniesie po sobie śmieci i ich segregację, niestety w mieszkaniu jest tylko jeden kosz, co utrudnia segregację na bieżąco oraz nie ma wcześniejszej informacji o konieczności segregacji śmieci.

Well equipped apartment (especially the kitchen, which even has a dish washing machine). Big cozy rooms. Underground garage. Quality wi-fi. Big bathroom. Friendly host

The place is an 'apartment', which IMHO means that it should have at least salt && sugar. Having other spices in the apartment would be nice, tea and coffee would be great. Had checkin problem - the phone indicated in the booking confirmation was the office phone, and nobody answered it. Was trying to find the solution for this situation for 30 min till the host called me, and another 15 min for him to arrive - so my advice for future travelers is to ask for contact MOBILE phone. And for host to make sure that all contact information is up to date.

The appartment was nicely decorated, had a reasonable size for the famili with two small kids, was modern, sunny and quiet. Its was a nice visit except small problems which may not happen in the future.

The radiators in the appartment were not functioning. At evening when we came from the wallk in the city, in the appartment was really cold. I have contacted the lady who gave us keys to come and fix the problem, but she only nofified somebody without any results. Reason was that it is not her job. I had to call personaly to the company. Half an hour a man came with two electrical heaters and explained that heating is turning for whole building only if the temperature drops under certain degree. That was not a solution for me as I have two small kinds and was cold in the rooms. Heaters helped, but central heating was turnd on last morning of our visit. Another problem was squicking bed. Dont try to move on in. You will wake up everybody. Last problem was plugged sink in the kitchen. We have to wait for long for the water to dissapear..
