Clean and pretty room, friendly staff, close to the centrum, possibility of booking sauna, good breakfast! We got to check in earlier and that was the biggest plus for me so we could go out and explore right away!

We truly appreciated the possibility of a late check-in, which was very convenient for us. When we first saw the room, however, we realized it was not what we had expected. The next morning, we raised our concerns with the host, and we were grateful that they were understanding and moved us to a different room. The location itself is excellent, and the villa looks traditional and charming, which we really liked. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but not one that met our expectations.

Our main concern with the initial room was related to safety. There was an electrical socket placed exactly where our heads were when lying on the pillows, and the window sill was directly above our heads as well, which made us feel uncomfortable. We do appreciate that the host listened to us and offered another room. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was very poor. There was no one welcoming guests in the morning, and we had to look around to find someone just to ask for a glass of water. When we checked out, there was again no greeting or farewell — we simply returned the key and left. Considering that it was Christmas time, we honestly expected a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere. However, apart from the location and the exterior appearance, nothing else stood out as special. We were also surprised by the very high rating, as our experience did not fully reflect it — although it is possible that we were simply unlucky during our stay.
