About this house rental
This unique and spacious custom home provides luxurious accommodations, epic river views, wildlife viewing, several outdoor seating areas and outdoor spa.
Perfect for entertaining friends and family with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, open space living room and an indoor fireplace.
Located just 10 minutes from town and the beach.
*Property is not recommended for children under the age of 7.
*Yard maintenance is scheduled to be performed every Tuesday between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. Guests need to provide access to the property, driveway, and porches to yard maintenance crews during this time.
MAIN LIVING AREAS
This single level home has a large open space living room, dining area and kitchen with high ceilings and custom river rock work. Two steps to front door.
Livingroom
Surrounding River views. Large sectional couch, 3 recliners that spin so you can sit and watch the river or the tv and a love seat. Large flat screen TV with streaming Roku. Indoor fireplace (Presto logs provided).
Kitchen
Seriously spacious kitchen with tiled counter tops, 4 burner gas stove, 2 ovens, stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, microwave, 3 basin sink and pantry. Fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, Ninja blender, crock pot, Instant Pot, crab pot, waffle maker, toaster, electric teapot, Keurig, drip coffee pot and coffee grinder.
Propane BBQ located on outside deck just off of kitchen.
Dinning Area
Large wood dinning table seats 6 comfortably with 4 chairs and 1 long bench. 3 short stools at kitchen counter for additional seating.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Master Bedroom with Attached Master Bathroom
King bed with two night stands each with their own light, electric fireplace mantel, chair, smart TV with Roku, two large mirror faced closets and large cupboard with drawers. Large double doors lead straight out to Spa.
Master Bathroom
Accessed only through Master Bedroom. Large stand up shower with glass door, double sink vanity with mirror, toilet and large Spa bathtub.
Queen Bedroom
Queen bed, two nightstands each with their own light, dresser, large mirror faced closet, chair and smart TV with Roku. River view.
Full & Twin Bedroom
Full bed, Twin bed, 3 drawer dresser, light next to each bed and large mirror faced closet. River view.
Second Full Bathroom
Located in hallway with Queen and Full Bedrooms. Stand up shower with glass door, vanity with mirror and sink, toilet and towel closet.
Laundry Room
Large laundry room with washer, dryer, Iron, Ironing board and large folding counter.
OUTDOOR AREAS
There are several outdoor seating areas to enjoy with friends and family.
The Spa Deck
Located just off of the living room next to the Spa with Seating area and table. Enjoy river views from the spa, located in covered area of deck with skylights.
The Crows Nest Deck
Follow the wood steps down to the Crows Nest Deck. Situated over the river bank with amazing river views and tree canopy .
The Gazebo
Fantastic covered outdoor dining area with large picnic table and views all the way down and up the river! Located down the driveway from the house with water spigot.
RIVER ACCESS:
There is a private trail that leads down to the river directly from the driveway. Trail is easy to navigate down hill but we encourage guest to stay on the trail as the area is known to have poison oak. The river flow and the current state of the river bank are not suited for safe swimming and we do not recommend swimming anywhere on the property. There are many popular swimming areas a short drive away, such as Lobster Creek Campground.
PARKING:
Lots of parking and room for a trailer. Sorry, no garage or covered parking areas.
PROPERTY SETTING:
The Rogue Keystone Lodge is on its on private property nestled on the North Bank of the Rogue River surrounded by trees and amazing river views. There is a county road that runs up behind property and can only be seen looking down the driveaway. You can occasionally hear some noise from the road. The only visible neighbors are down the gully and through the woods.
LOCATION:
The Rogue Keystone Lodge is located in Gold Beach, Curry County. It's about a 10 minute drive into town, 10 minute drive to beautiful Nesika Beach and 10 minute drive to several boat ramps.
Security Cameras
There is one security camera on the property overlooking the driveway. The device does have audio capability that will be turned off.
INTERNET & WIFI
We carry Charter Internet which we feel is the best provider for our area. Please keep in mind that we have no control over internet outages, especially during the stormy season on the coast.
WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY!
Dogs must have prior approval and guests must follow additional pet rules. Only Dogs, no other pets. Two dog maximum.
1. Additional pet fee of $100. 2. Pets may not be left alone at house. 3. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture. 4. Guests must pick up any pet messes outside before check out. 5. We strongly encourage dogs to remain on leash when outside. There is no fenced area. The river and road can be dangerous and dogs can get poison oak on them if they go into the woods.
