The house was perfect for my family vacation. The view of the jetty, the ocean and river was beautiful, especially the rising full moon. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. My mother is disabled and in a wheel chair. Except for three steps leading into the house it was accessible. We managed the steps. The host was very communicative and accommodating, and a wonderful person with whom to coordinate our vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location, plenty of room for our big family to get together. Nice yard for our 2 dogs. The kids loved the downstairs room. It was really clean. Plenty of towels and linens. Great location for our daily adventures. Just a few notes. Upstairs beds could use new mattresses, not the most comfortable, but adequate. The screens seem a little loose and could use some work. Big sectional in living room is very old and soft. Last, the hot tub really need some lighting, as it is on the dark side of the house, decking around it would be good to keep it clean. There is no way to rinse feet before getting in. Sunset isn't really visible from the property due to large trees and beach view is limited. The place needs a little updating but overall, it was great for our family and met our needs. We enjoyed our stay!

This coastal retreat was great! The house is very large with everything one would need. There is a completely fenced yard which was great for our dogs. Hot tub was fantastic, views were amazing, Bobbie was easy to communicate with and very nice. We only stayed a weekend but we definitely wanted to stay longer! Highly recommend this place!

It was a wonderful bright, warm, spacious yet cozy home. Perfect for our family of 5 plus in-laws. We would definitely rent again! Maybe next time in the warmer months…

The house has a number of very good features, such as the basement that leads directly to the fenced-in yard, the deck outside the front door, the deck outside the kitchen, and the washer and dryer. Also, the kitchen was very well stocked with all of the pots, pans, plates, etc. that we could possibly need. The bathrooms were spotless and well supplied with soaps and towels. Unfortunately, the dining area table was very difficult for us to use because the chairs were so high and hard to get close to the table without hitting our knees. The light switch for the kitchen was not working properly (very hard to get it to turn off and concern about outlet not working) and the light for the deck off the kitchen didn't work at all. The smallest bedroom window faces a house across the street where the really, really bright security light is on all night long, so the blinds had to be closed in that bedroom which drastically reduced the available ventilation from the window.

This was an awesome house to stay at! A few of us went up for a fishing trip to Gold Beach and had a wonderful time at this house. Very comfortable with all the necessities. The hot tub was a nice way to end our fishing days. Would love to com back up and stay again!!

We had a great time at this cozy clean home! Everything was thought of in detail! We are housekeepers of vacation home on the Oregon Coast ourselves , so we look at details like having nice towels and sheets and stocked kitchen! Also, the hot tub was great and very sweet private well maintained yard. We will definitely come back again!

We had a great time! The house was clean, the kitchen had all the necessities and there were lots of towels. The hot tub was wonderful and you can see the ocean while you soaked! My kids loved having their own room downstairs and the fenced yard was great for our dogs. We would absolutely stay again.

Bonnie's house was a wonderful get away the views of the jetty from the living room are beautiful and the fireplace was such a treat! There was plenty of firewood, so save yourself the space packing. The fetched yard was great for our dog and the hot tub is very private. You feel completely secluded. The hot tub was toasty hot for us when we opened it up on our second day, but there was a small amount of sand in the bottom of the hot tub when we arrived. We weren't bothered as the hot tub looked sparkling otherwise, but just thought I should mention for the hosts knowledge. The think I was most pleasantly surprised about was how well stocked this kitchen was! There is a glorious pantry filled with every dish, small appliance, or other gadget you may need! Even an actual kurig and instantpot. Next time we rent this house, we will be sure to plan to cook in to utilize what the kitchen has to offer! Overall, this is a really great find and Bobbie was a lovely hostess.

The home was quite neat and clean, tho slight pet smell around stairs, and a doggie diaper found behind sofa. The view was nice. The stove burners were kind of wacky, one not working and tilting. I left a message for property manager and she came same day, but didn't feel anything was really wrong. We made due, and just didn't fill a pan to full as it would spill out . House was overall great and we'd stay again.
