About this house rental
As you walk into this beautiful four bedroom home in the suburbs of Gold beach Oregon the living room has a large picture window that has ocean views and beautiful sunsets. It has an open living space with plenty of seating. It’s a great place to sit by the cozy fireplace and watch TV or play your favorite game at the large dining table. It has a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops that’s fully stocked with coffee bar and any thing you would need to cook up that salmon you caught on the nearby rogue river. It has a long breakfast bar that you can sit at or a table that seats eight in the dining. The upstairs has a master suite with a comfortable king bed and a shower bath combo, there is also a large screen TV. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and adjacent to that is a bathroom with a shower bath combo. There is also a washer and dryer upstairs. Every room is supplied with soft linens, blanket’s plenty of towels, shampoo and laundry detergent. As you go down the spiral staircase, it opens up into another living space with TV, a breakfast kitchenette an extra refrigerator washer, dryer, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and another bathroom with a shower. It has a large fenced yard with a propane barbecue and picnic table on the deck below. There is plenty of parking and it is a ten minute walk to the beach. This home was a great set-up for a multigenerational family stay at the coast. It was the ideal home base for venturing out for coastal and river activities. The kitchen was well stocked. There were fun family games. It was clean, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The host communication was easy and quick. Overall, we'd definitely return for a future trip to Gold Beach. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable home. Clean and spacious. It was nice to have the two separate areas since some of our group stays up late and others go to bed earlier. Owner was nice to work with and the checkout was easy. Would highly recommend.

My family (5 adults, 1 child & 2 dogs (1 Maltipoo & 1 German Shepherd) all had an Amazing time at this stunning home!! From pulling up to entering…it was definitely the Wow factor!! Everything was so clean, well organized, well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, bowls, etc. Along with a huge island with chairs & cabinets and a huge full sized bistro height table with approximately 10 chairs! The home was beautifully decorated throughout with a decorators nautical theme flowing from the two bedrooms (one is primary upstairs w/ flat screen TV) and room to room! Complete with Washer & Dryer set upstairs! Downstairs is set up like a 2 bedroom one bath apartment with full kitchen (no oven), full size refrigerator, washer& dryer, living room with adequate seating, flat screen TV and direct access to the fully fenced huge yard with lawn, flowers, mature trees for shade, patio w/ picnic table, chairs & barbecue!! It worked out perfectly for my daughter and her family w/ their German Shepherd. Everything was spotless! Lots of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. for each bathroom (3). Absolutely incredible! The cons? We had to leave! We all fell in love with this amazing home, the gorgeous neighborhood (The neighbors are SO nice!) and we can’t wait to come back Soon!!! Best vacation ever! I

A clean, quiet home close to everything! We loved our stay. Theresa has done a lovely job making her guests feel comfortable and added lots of thoughtful touches to the house so that guests will have everything they need. (Complimentary coffee, tea, toiletries, etc.). She was available by text or thru vrbo messaging to answer our questions quickly, which was greatly appreciated.
