Located on the 14th fairway of the Meadows Golf Course, this 2,430 sq. ft. reverse-living home combines comfort, fun, and convenience—just minutes from trails, parks, and Sunriver Village.

As of August 2025, guests can enjoy a brand-new private hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, biking, or exploring Central Oregon.

We loved the location ! Beds were great! Family room with ping pong a plus. Shuffeboard was missing sand so we were unable to use it. Overall a nice home to stay in

Have stayed in Sunriver many times. This house had so many amenities! It was wonderful.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The location is within bike distance of the water park. There are bikes for every single member of the family. The playroom is perfect for young kids and teenagers. Both the king and queen beds were pretty uncomfortable; besides that, it was perfect for our family.
