The kitchen was good, fully functional. We have only cooked once, but the oven was handy to have. They even prepared oil, a whole pack of tea bags, etc there. Very thoughtful!
The apartment, itself, was actually good; apart from the water pressure was relatively low for our long hair. We basically had to wash hair at my friends’ hotel, otherwise it would take ages. The temperature was also a bit hard to adjust to the ideal temperature. My main issue was that all entries to the garage had strong smell of urine, pretty yuk. And no lift 🥴.

Good location in a nice apartment community, including free parking + swimming pool
Quite noisy street nearby, facilities in kitchen could have been better (no milk, no water, not enough cutlery), TV didn’t work properly and one bed was missing.
The flat needs a deep clean.

Location was perfect. Room cosy and what we needed. Hosts were very friendly, welcoming and residents who live there friendly also.
Feedback only - not a complaint - Unit needs a little update. Balcony needs some attention. Shower head needs replacing for better water pressure. If you dont like stairs, this will not suit you. Stairs from carpark, then up two flights of stairs to the room. Little hard with luggage/groceries. On main road and can be every noisy with cars and tram.

Every room is clean and tidy. All the things are fully prepared including kitchen appliances, laundry supplies and shower supplies. Check-in easy. The location is good, very close to Broadbeach North tram station. 5-10 minutes’ walk from the beach. There is a Woolworth supermarket nearby. You can also enjoy the swimming pool, it’s very convenient.
No elevator so you have to carry luggages by hand by yourself. It’s a little bit noisy coz it’s just next to the highway and tram.
