Staff were good. Everything went well.
Didn't realise that there wasn't any air conditioning or ceiling fans in the bedroom. Not that you could control it but the deodorisers used in the public areas are putrid and nauseating.

Location in relation to the event we needed to travel too. Many food options downstairs.
Got super lost with poor instructions about how to get to room. Two buildings. At the end of the stay I was really uncomfortable that while walking down to pack car before checking out, I found the cleaners waiting outside my door. This gave me terrible anxiety.
