Beds were a little hard, some minor wear and tear that could do with some maintenance

Liked proximity to Convention Centre, which was purpose of our trip. Pool looked good too but I did not have time to use it.

The Managing Agency was difficult to deal with. No flexibility on arrival time and nowhere to leave bags while waiting. Key pick-up involves going to back wall of a local supermarket to open secure box with code but code wasn't sent till 1:50pm, and even then, I only received it because I called requesting it. When I entered the apartment there was a constant clattering noise. I called the Managing Agency to sort it out 3 times and left a message explaining the issue each time. No response, at all, our whole stay. Eventually I tracked down the source to an ill-fitted fan in the laundry which had been left on.

It had what was expected

Couldn’t permanently adjust the room temperature. Very dirty. Clearly the apartment gets its standard minimum cleans between visits, however it is very clear the apartment hadn’t been dusted, the furniture was stained, the bathroom had stains. Unfortunately it was not the “luxury” apartment feeling I had expected.
