A perfect place to enjoy Cagnes

Location was perfect just a short bus ride from the airport. The apartment was clean and tidy with a northwest facing view.

Nice apartment close to the sea!

The apartment is in the good location, you can get to Nice either by bus or train which is very good. Everything works well, the apartment has everything you would need during your stay. There's no sea view but you have the beach right in front of the apartment, all you have to do is cross the road. ☺️ Thank you so much for letting us stay at your apartment

Unfortunately there's no internet connection but it wasn't such a big problem for us.

No wifi, no sea view (from pictures we got an impression that there is a sea view), shower cabin is quite small if people are a bit over mid size

Logement bien agencé et agréable. Proximité de la plage pour promenades en arrière saison. Parking payant sauf weekend mais accessible.

Malgré ces quelques points négatifs, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’hôte est très sympathique et réactif, ce qui

studio est parfait pour passer la nuit : le matelas est confortable et tout était propre. Il y a le minimum de vaisselle nécessaire pour préparer des choses simples. Des dosettes de café et des sachets de thé sont également à disposition, ce qui est très appréciable. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas d’une petite plage — parfait pour une pause au calme.

La machine à laver est extrêmement bruyante, au point qu’il est difficile de rester dans le studio pendant son fonctionnement. • Il n’y a aucun rangement pour les vêtements, ce qui nous a contraints à les garder dans nos valises tout le séjour. • Pas de fer à repasser disponible. • Enfin, la climatisation extérieure est installée sur le balcon, et lorsqu’elle est en marche, elle dégage une chaleur insupportable, rendant le balcon inutilisable.

Appartement bien situé. Simple accès. Bien agencé. Pièce spacieuse et balcon/véranda appréciable. Fonctionnel. Propriétaire répond de suite.

Ras mais l'appartement commence à dater.. un petit rafraîchissement ne lui ferait pas de mal..

Emplacement exceptionnel, vue magnifique, véranda spacieuse. Linge propre, appartement confortable

La clim... qui souffle du chaud sur la véranda avec le réservoir manuel... bref je m'en suis passée (bon je déteste la clim mais vu la canicule j'en aurais birn mis un petit coup sauf qu'impossible quand on n'est pas là car il faut laisser la fenêtre ouverte, impossible quand on dort car il faut se relever toutes les 3h et impossible le reste du temps car ça réchauffe tellement la véranda que finalement ça sort à rien). Pas de wifi. Les casseroles et poêles en bout de course.

Nicht die beste Ausstattung aber trotzdem eine schöne Zeit!

Die Wohnung war süß eingerichtet und die Lage war traumhaft! Außerdem war der Balkon sehr groß!

Eine bessere Ausstattung, ein besser funktionierender Herd und eine richtige Decke wären noch super gewesen. Außerdem wären gerade mit dem Strand noch ein wenig mehr Handtücher nötig gewesen.
