Super emplacement par rapport aux visites effectuées. + Facilités des bus et proximité d'une gare bien désservie. Très bonnes boulangeries à 100m. Diversité de restaurants. Rue calme. Logement bien équipé, bien agencé. Beaucoup de rangement. Literie de bonne qualité. Terrasse ensoleillée. Un endroit idéal pour vacances.

Ce que nous avons moins apprécié, c'est l'accueil. Juste une remise des clés avec très peu d'explications. Nous devions d'office sortir par le garage même si nous ne prenions pas la voiture. Il aurait été bien de disposer d'une clé de l'entrée principale. Petit détail, la vaisselle n'avait pas été essuyée.

Great location, the place was clean and had all the basics for a good stay.

Misunderstandings and lack of flexibility for the check-in. I sent a request to check in between 7pm and 8 pm through a message on the Booking app and I got a response charging me 25 euros for checking in out of hours (when the ad clearly says you can check in until 8pm). I called the number on the property and I spoke with the owner, he was polite and he clarified the situation with the "conciergerie" service that manages the property, so that they wouldn't charge me if I arrived before 8pm. After this I got a message from the conciergerie on the Booking app insisting that I should read the conditions and I had to pay if I wanted to check in after 8pm (when my request had always been to check in before 8pm). Finally the day of the reservation they called me and everything was ok, we arrived before 8pm, we were well received and nothing was charged, but in any case the charge of 25 euro for arriving after 8pm is not on the ad, so heads up to anyone who wants to arrive in the evening. Responses on the app were also slow, usually replied the next day.

La proximité du bord de mer. L'accès aux deux gares de Cros et de Cagnes ( 15 mn à pieds ) pour visiter les alentours. Le parking privé très pratique.

Rien, tout était très bien.

Host was very rude, didnt understand a word of English and wasnt very understanding.
