Prachtige locatie, maar het huis is gedateerd en niet schoon.

Wij hebben hier 4 nachten verbleven. De locatie is zonder twijfel het grootste pluspunt: dichtbij het strand, met een mooi uitzicht en ideaal gelegen in Calpe. Het contact met de host verliep prettig en het was fijn dat wij eerder konden inchecken (om 12.00 uur in plaats van 16.00 uur Het huis is echter duidelijk gedateerd en de hygiëne kan beter. De boxspringmatrassen zagen er niet hygiënisch uit en zowel de douche als het douchegordijn zijn aan vervanging toe. Ook vonden wij de indeling van de woonkamer, met vier bedden op een rij, minder prettig voor een comfortabel verblijf. Dat is jammer, want met enkele aanpassingen en modernisering kan deze villa uitgroeien tot een fijne vakantiewoning. Het potentieel is er zeker.

Katastrophe! Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist.

Die Unterkunft ist in einem absolut sanierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Man wunderst sich zuerst über die 4 Feldbetten, welche im Wohnzimmer stehen. Wenn man weiter schaut, findet man kaputte Fliesen, angeschimmelte Betten, abgenutzte Möbel, im Pool fehlen Steine und die Leiter ist lose, der Grillplatz ist dreckig und dort dient der Schrank unter der Spüle als Abladestelle für Bauschutt Die Bilder entsprechen in keiner Weise der Realität. Alles ist abgegriffen, lose und ungepflegt. Es ist eine Zumutung, dort Gäste unterzubringen, weshalb wir umgehend in eine andere Unterkunft umgezogen sind.

Graves deficiencias y robo durante la estancia

Alojamiento con graves problemas de mantenimiento y seguridad. Piscina y ducha deterioradas, tumbonas rotas, baños sin mampara y sin azulejos en zonas del suelo. No hay persianas ni cortinas, lo que deja el interior expuesto a miradas y facilita saber si hay gente dentro. Garaje con humedades y puerta que no cierra. Durante nuestra estancia sufrimos un robo debido a que no nos dieron llaves de las puertas interiores, lo que permitió la entrada con total facilidad. La propiedad no se hizo responsable, ni contactó con su seguro ni acudió a comprobar lo sucedido. No lo recomiendo y, por la gravedad del suceso, reclamaremos por los canales oportunos para tomar las acciones pertinentes.

*LA CASA ERA UN ASCO y EL PERSONAL PEOR*. - La casa estaba llena de cucarachas. - En la Piscina estaba sucia y no puede estar un adulto de pie. - El grill estaba muy sucio tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros - Los cuartos no tienen aire acondicionado solo 1 portátil y hace ruido - Los fríos sucios - Solo cierran las puertas de adentro las de afuera no cierran - El personal de limpieza fue LO PEOR de la casa (llegaron fuera de tiempo a recoger) y la gente más mala educada que he visto. TE PIDEN CUANDO LLEGAS A LAS CASA 200 € de fianza que si los entregas no los volverás a ver. *NUNCA VOLVERÍA A ESTA INSTALACIÓN*

A localização é muito boa, a casa é grande para grupos (éramos 9), tinha todas as condições para cozinharmos e relaxar. Piscina com água agradável e bastantes espreguiçadeiras.

Havia algumas baratas nos quartos. Os colchões não eram maus, mas podiam ser mais confortáveis.

Jammer, we hopen dat de eigenaar de woning een beetje meer "liefde" gaat geven.

De woning is zeer ruim, het zwembad was netjes en schoon. Het was prettig dat mijn zoon al eerder in kon checken, dat was geen probleem. De 2e koelkast was superfijn, mede als de wasmachine en droger. Het was ook geen probleem om een uurtje later uit te checken. En het uitzicht is supermooi.

de woning heeft heel veel potentieel om een super accommodatie te zijn, maar de inrichting is verouderd, smoezelig of stuk. Tegels in en om de woning zijn stuk en van een aantal bedden waren de lakens smerig. De woning heeft veel ruimte om leuke tuinsetjes neer te zetten maar helaas stonden er alleen maar oude stoelen. Er is geen koffie apparaat alleen een italian geyser coffee maker. Wat meer handdoeken (nu 4 gehad voor 5 dagen) zou fijn zijn, evenals een theedoek. De woning is niet geschikt als je slecht ter been bent.

La casa es grande, tiene piscina privada y espacio para varias personas. La cocina tiene menaje suficiente y hay una barbacoa.

La primera noche según entramos a la casa aparecieron 12 cucarachas bastante grandes en la cocina-salón en menos de media hora. Tuvimos que marcharnos y cambiar de alojamiento. Nos avisaron que había mosquitos en la casa, pero no cucarachas… Tanto booking como los dueños reaccionaron bien y nos devolvieron todo ya que fueron compresibles. Estábamos con niños pequeños y esa situación no podíamos mantenerla. Algunos de nosotros tenemos pánico a estos insectos y consideramos que durante nuestra estancia la casa no estaba lo suficientemente limpia. Nos indicaron que esto se debió a la suciedad de otros inquilinos anteriores y que era puntual, pero nosotros lo hemos sufrido y lo pasamos realmente mal.
