立地がとても良い。観光は離島ターミナルが近く東運輸のバスターミナルもすぐ近くにある。市街地の中心部にあり、買い物や食事もとても便利（スーパーマーケットだけちょっと遠い）。 部屋や設備はリフォームされており綺麗で、食器類や調理器具（かなり良い機材）、洗濯機（洗剤あり）など滞在中の生活に必要なものが揃っている。 ４人で利用したが広すぎるくらいで快適に過ごすことができた。部屋数も多くベッド数は４だがソファーベッドや和室に布団を使えば８人くらいは問題なさそうだと感じる。
繁華街にあり、下の階が深夜まで営業している居酒屋だったせいか夜中までうるさかった。 玄関（2階）のドアと鍵は防犯上気になる人はいるかもしれない。

you have to bring your suitcase through a steep and narrow staircase. That's the only minus point for this hotel.
