About this house rental
No.7 Mullins Breeze is a stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom family house which offers an open plan design, spacious interiors and welcoming outdoor areas including a new deck and beautiful landscaped garden. We are the only property in Battaleys Mews to have ground floor aircon, essential when relaxing in the heat.
From 1st May 2025... Your stay comes with complimentary beach club membership for 6 guests at Fairmont Royal Pavilion. Use of sun-loungers and discount on drinks and food.
Located on the sought after West Coast, 500m from Mullins beach and the popular Sea Shed restaurant, the house is ideally situated to easily access the whole island, just 10 minutes to Holetown or 5 minutes to Speightstown.
We hope No.7 Mullins Breeze becomes your beautiful Barbados home away from home.

Mullins Breeze is set in the small gated community of Battaleys Mews, a safe, exceptionally well maintained estate with 24 hour staff/security.
The home -
The house offers a fully-fitted kitchen, open plan living and dining areas, covered terrace with private spa pool and spacious garden. All bedrooms are situated on the first floor with air conditioning. The king master bedroom has a large en-suite and 2 further queen bedrooms share a shower room. We are able to make one bedroom into 2 singles if required. The main indoor area has plenty of relaxed seating and dining space with all the modern conveniences you would expect at home, with some added extras such as Nespresso coffee machine and Bose sound system.
There is a spacious garden with its on private spa pool and updated luxury loungers, outdoor dining furniture and BBQ.
Community -
With tall palm trees lining the entire avenue, Mullins Breeze is set amongst 30 townhouses in the small gated community of Battaleys Mews. The clubhouse offers free WiFi, large swimming pools, a kids pool, loungers, tennis court, mini gym and a kids play area and there is 24/7 security in this already quiet and peaceful area.
For stays longer than 7 days, cleaning once a week during your stay is included. Additional cleaning can be arranged easily at your request and paid directly.
We have provided beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for your use, along with some toys for younger visitors. We are able to provide a cot and highchair at no extra cost where requested.
We are happy to help with any restaurant recommendations/trips/beaches from our many years of loving holidaying in Barbados.
Check in time is 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm with check out at 10:00 am. Note, all dependent on reservations, should you require a later check out let us know at the time of booking or 72 hours prior to arrival. A late check out fee is incurred.

Property was just as described and easily accommodated our family of 4 adults and a baby. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The master suite is exquisite with its spacious ensuite and balcony. We enjoyed the backyard oasis with its beautiful landscaping and refreshing plunge pool, as well as the main pool. Location was great for beaches and exploring. Danielle and Anna were very responsive both before arrival and during our stay. Many thanks for a memorable vacation!

We stayed for a week with our two kids (12 and 16), and the house was perfect - exactly as it appeared in the photos. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kids each had their own room, but they could easily have shared to make room for another couple. Sleeping was comfortable, great mattresses and pillows and of course A/C and ceiling fans too. Enormous master bath and a well-appointed kitchen (though we didn't do much cooking). Battaleys Mews is a quiet little community; when we did use the pool we had it all to ourselves.
It's a short walk to Mullins Beach, with several food and drink options (Royal Westmoreland Club and Sea Shed more upscale, Adrienne's super casual, Bomba's and Cici's a stone's throw away). Rubis gas station and convenience store on the corner has you covered when you run out of essentials, and has an ATM. You'll need to travel a little for a proper grocery store (the Massy in Holetown has everything you could possibly need).
Danielle, the house manager, was invaluable. Super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and resourceful, she helped us arrange so much. Our vacation absolutely would not have been the same without her! Communication with her, and with the owner Anna, was easy and efficient.
As for location, it's a slightly sleepy little corner (which suited us perfectly). You won't find a lot of shops or exciting night life in walking distance, but there is easy and quick access to Speightstown and Holetown. Public transport buses and privately owned mini buses ("reggae buses") both stop very close by and run frequently. Do arrange ahead for a taxi if you want a ride home though!
For our family of four this was the perfect vacation spot, made better by Danielle and Anna. Thank you both! We're looking forward to coming back!
