Mullins Bayfield Gardens House

Joel is an excellent and nice person always willing to solve any problem immediately. His house has an excellent location in a quiet place with a five-minute walk to the beach and public transport. Those who do not plan to travel around the island do not need to rent a car. The house is spacious, but it would require some renovation, mainly the kitchen and partly also a bathrooms The only problem is that the terrace is more difficult to access, so that we didn't use it. But even so, I spent a beautiful three weeks of vacation with my family.

An amazing property only one block from ocean swimming and beach fun. The neighborhood is quiet and located on a gentle hill that allows views of the ocean if you walk around the neighborhood. The beach is just across the main road, but don't miss the value of Rubi Gas Station that has all necessary supplies such as butter, cheese, salt bread, coconut bread, New Zealand chedder cheese, rotis, beef patties, and other staples and drinks. It would be possible to enjoy a vacation without a car once you've arrived at the house. The house has a wonderful rooftop covered deck for outdoor dining and enjoyment. The yard is large, but there's no need for a pool since the ocean is a block away. The kitchen cabinets could be replaced and tile flooring could be added as cosmetic fixups throughout the house. A beautiful house even without those small things. Enjoy!

The home is bigger than you think - 3 bedrooms clean, needs a little updating but clean, safe, private and everything you could ask for. Joel and company were excellect and provided us with any assistance and or information requested. No dryer but with the breeze closes dried on the clothes lines provided. The beach is only a short walk away and lovely to swim and relax. Locale bus service excellent into anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend.

This house is big, bigger than what the pictures show, huge garden, parking etc. The location is situated perfect for the beach or visiting some other towns. Joel was here to meet us, naturally couldn’t locate the house straight away so he came and found us (we were 1 road away) which was a great help. The neighbourhood is quiet, no noise what so ever during the day or night time. Loved waking up to the monkeys every morning!
