About this villa rental
This private, open plan, spacious villa, with air-conditioning to all bedrooms, is located on the prestigious west coast of the Island in beautiful Paynes Bay. Situated within a private residential setting with veranda overlooking a lush flowering front lawn and access to the rear providing a private lush flowered lawned garden, with seating for outside dining and relaxation. The elevated landscape affords views of the breathtaking Caribbean sea to the west of the property and its location provides an easy 5 minute walk (250- 300 metres) access to beautiful white sandy beaches. There you will find a truly stunning turquoise sea where you can engage in water-sports, swim with turtles or simply sunbathe. There is horse riding and other activities such as golf at the nearby famous Sandy Lane golf course. There are a plethera of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance or a 5- 10 minute car or bus drive away to the next village of Holetown, which provides local banks, duty free shopping and local nightlife.

Lovely villa in an unspoilt and lush area. The neighbours were very friendly and Jennie was an absolute star, "Thankyou for the mangos" Ann-Marie (House Manager) was very responsive and Marcia is a fantastic host. The property is well proprtioned, clean and airy. The kitchen has all the mod cons and the utility room was a plus. The bedrooms were of a decent size. We would definitely return again and have no hesitation in recommneding our friends and family to this lovely property. Thank you Marcia, very much appreciated.

The property was fantastic very spacious plenty of room to move about, the property had everything we needed it was very clean when we arrived our host was already waiting for us and explained everything thoroughly. . The location was just right 3 minutes walk to Paynes Bay west coast. The Supermarket, Petrol station and other shops were just a driving distance. We could freely move around to different beaches beacuse of our location
