The apartment is in a very nice location, good contact with the owner.

Be aware before booking! During the booking, it was not clearly stated that outside there is an ongoing construction site that will definitely take a lot of time to finish. The workers start heavy construction works at 7 am, so it's very loud in the room - the only windows there are facing the construction site. The message on booking was that there might be some disturbance and that the owners take care to make it less affecting the visitors, but it's far from reality. The window is not closing properly, so it is very loud, not there's any kind of attempt to minimize the noise (not that there's much to do, but at least leaving earplugs in the room would be good). The towels were dirty - especially the bathroom floor towel. The doors to the toilet are just a sliding door, so not much privacy.

Excelente localização: perto da praia, de supermercados, restaurantes, bares e lojas. Segurança 24 horas. Bom ar condicionado. Disponibilidade do anfitrião. O apartamento tem o essencial para se passarem uns dias com conforto.

Das obras que decorrem de ambos os lados do prédio e causam barulho de manhã cedo.Contudo, fomos avisados quando da marcação. Apartamento bom para 2 pessoas. Embora tenha sofá -cama, torna-se apertado para 3 pessoas.

El ingreso fue remoto sin embargo el propietario estuvo atento en toda la estadía. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y de muchos restaurantes. La zona es segura. Hay un encargado en la entrada del edificio las 24hs. La bajada a la playa es bonita. Hay reposeras y sombrilla a disposición.
