The location among a closed community with multiple playgrounds and large family swimming pool, the large apartments, near by supermarket and cafes with restaurants.. Mr. Hilal (the supervisor) was a great person to solve few issues we faced at our stay in the beginning..

- Old carpets and utilities in the rooms (They need to renew furniture and carpets and bathroom / kitchen utilities. - I paid for Facilities (sauna / steam room) which were closed at that time! - (Chef of Lebanon) their third party resturant: we had very bad experience with them (the owner): Bad behavior & cockroach in it and 1st day No breakfast?! - Bad behavior to my son. We tried it for breakfast as part of my hotel reservation. One of my worst restaurant experiences in my life in terms of cleanliness. 🪳 was seen walking on the table. Unprofessional reception. Bad behavior from the supervisor/owner as he yelled at my 5-year-old son for holding his plate to choose his food, which made him cry and lose confidence. There was no variety. Poor treatment from the supervisor/owner. I only thank the young chef in the kitchen; he was respectful and helpful. I do not and will not repeat the experience there. This was my experience during my stay at the hotel from June 16th to June 25th.

We had the pleasure of staying at TSL Serviced Apartments for 45 days with our family in a spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcome and at home. A special thanks to Boris, Emre, and Elif for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and continuous support throughout our stay. They were always available to assist with any request and ensured that everything was handled promptly and efficiently. The apartment was modern, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped for a long family stay. The location was convenient, and the facilities provided everything we needed for comfort and convenience. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team, who did an excellent job maintaining the apartment to a very high standard. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, and friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. After spending 45 days here, we can confidently say that TSL Serviced Apartments feels like a home away from home. We highly recommend it to families and anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming place to stay.
