Everything is perfect! The location is excellent just a 5 minute walk to the Etihad. They also have a lovely garden at the back, which is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the summer. Highly recommended!
The only downside was the trash. Even though it didn’t affect our stay, it would be great if the owner could clean it up more regularly, especially after each guest checks out.

Excellent location (so convenient being very close to the station) and superb communication from the hosts. Easy to contact and couldn't do enough for us to get into the property - extremely kind and pleasant. The place was mostly clean. Location was quiet. The property was spacious and was one of the only places we could find with the two rooms available and for a very good price!
Nothing particularly not to like, the place was cheap and cheerful. Had all the amenities you expected but could do with a little update - all decor is a bit worn and still has old Christmas decorations up. Bed quite soft.
