Family Friendly fully refurbished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property in London

The space and the beds were super comfortable. Host was also super accommodating and helpful!

The location was far from our school, which was completely my fault.

The apartment is indeed freshly renovated and clean. The area is quiet and the owner is very helpful, he responded to us quickly. Check in and check out easy and convenient. The bus stations are very close situated and a lot of small shops nearby. The air conditioning in every room is great and the washing machine, dish washing machine are a big plus! Shampoo, conditioner and soap are also provided.

The Apartment was advertised as having a balcony and a terrace. For us this was an essential feature, because we are smokers. Actually there is neither a balcony neither a terrace. If you want to smoke or simply to enjoy sitting outside for fresh air you have to go to the small front yard, almost in the street, where you don’t have your own intimacy. I would also suggest to the owner to provide a list inside the property with the correct information regarding trash disposal , according to the local recycling policy. It would be helpful for us the tourists. The apartment should be soundproof but it’s not, you can hear everything from the neighbors, luckily our neighbors were quiet in the night. Some salt and pepper would also be nice to be found in the kitchen.

Very clean, well equipped kitchen, air-conditioned rooms. Good location. Would definitely book again.

Inadequate bathroom supplies like body wash and hairwash. I would recommend adding some basic supplies for a beverage in the kitchen like coffee powder, tea , sugar.

La casa está bien. Reformada y moderna. El anfitrión es majísimo y nos atendió en todo momento.

Cuando llegamos estaba muy sucia. Las toallas estaba húmedas y olían fatal. El día que llegamos, tuvieron que enviar una chica que nos trajo toallas y limpió los 3 baños como es debido pero llegó tardísimo y se marchó a las 10 de la noche. El resto de estancias quedaron sin limpiar. Aunque la moqueta se había aspirado, todos los rincones de la madera y los zócalos estaban llenos de polvo. La ropa de cama no era correcta. No había sábanas como tal, ni funda de colchón al menos en 2 de las camas. Una funda nórdica dada la vuelta hacía las veces de bajera y luego un edredón directamente como encimera. En la cocina no había nada, ni estropajos, ni bayetas, ni papel de cocina, ni nada. Tuvimos que comprar todo. La puerta del lavavajillas, sigue cayéndose. Se lo dijimos y mandaron a alguien a arreglarlo pero a mínimo roce se cae de nuevo. Por los comentarios que he leído a posteriori, no somos las primeras a las que nos pasa esto. Yo creo, y esta es únicamente mi opinión, que la limpieza varía muchísimo según a quien manden o la empresa que tienen contratada ya que son muy dispares. En algunos casos le dan un 10 y en otros un 2 y esto no es muy normal. Dicho esto.. la ubicación no está mal pero hay una hora de bus y metro al centro. Es decir, está muy bien comunicado pero hay que contar con esto. Y sobre el pitido de la alarma que comentan también los anteriores a nosotras, ya ha sido arreglado. También lo reportamos y lo arreglaron. Las escaleras son estrechas, pero es que son así en todo Londres. Así que tiene poca solución. Volvería? Pues no lo sé. Si me asegurasen que se ha solucionado lo de la limpieza, seguramente sí. Pero tal y como nos lo encontramos, para nada.
