It was a beautiful bungalow with a river behind it. Sitting on the benches with a brew while walking our dog was amazing.
The facilities were shut for Christmas but that wasn't a problem as we explored the lake district and Mountains.
The bungalow was clean with everything you need. The walk on shower was amazing. It was nice in the evening to sit in the lounge with the fire on playing games or watching TV.
We honestly will come back its a beautiful place a local pub with friendly staff 😀

Use of the swimming pool. Very quiet location and pet friendly. Great location to explore the lake district.
Property was basic/utilitarian, but being part of the fire fighters' charity was expected.

Clean, cosy, great location, comfortable
Provided bedding, towels, mugs, spoons, cooking utensils, but no plates, bowels, washing up liquid or hand soap. If I had known would have brought those things from home
