Sugar Crest 3B with inverter

The flat is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The views was breathtaking. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean.

The unit was spacious and beautifully furnished and full view of the ocean.

Access to the place was a bit tricky.

Inverter + battery for backup during load shedding. Nice decor all over and good space on balcony. Unit is well equipped. We also liked the double garage to keep our car safe. Space in TV room, kitchen and bath rooms. Good seating in living room. TV's decent size in living room, and additional TV in main bedroom. Liked the 2 additional bedrooms which are avaialble.

The sliding doors do not seal properly, it was windy, so the wind was rattling the doors - very noisy. We had to lodge clothes pins in the doors to keep them from rattling. Main bedroom bed too small, we expect King Size for this type of venue. Although the unit was clean, i did see that "deep cleaning" is not happening often, only "routine cleaning", e.g. soap stuck to main bedroom shower steel utensil holder, dirt in corners and crevices. Blinds at front door broken, rather then remove and tint window next to door - this looks tacky. The main bedroom's duvet inner was too big for the duvet cover resulting in uncomfortable sleep with duvet pulling down the bundled weight at our feet.
