The unit was clean and is very spacious and had everything you need. The stay was comfortable, exactly as advertised.

WiFi was down for the entire stay :( Had trouble retrieving the door key as the passcode wasn’t shared and the instructions to retrieve had a video icon but no link for the how to video.

The complex is situated close to the swimming beaches and also had a very nice swimming pool and communal area. It is close to restaurants and a mall. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable, well equipped, and very clean and had a good view from the balcony. It was big enough for two adults and three children. The property managers were very helpful and answer questions via messaging very quickly.

Lack of windows and ventilation in the unit. To prevent the monkeys from coming in, we had to keep the sliding doors closed most of the time. Even though there is air conditioning, we unfortunately couldn't keep it on for too long as my girlfriend's chest does not agree with the cold air blown in by the air conditioner. So we sometimes just had to sweat it out 😰.

The beds were soooooooo comfortable!!!!!

The washing machine is old and malfunctioning. Please make a note not to use it. Our clothes were stuck in for a while before check out, there was a slight delay because there was no one on site to assist.
