The Rooms were clean,Big Thanks to housekeeping team. Always top
Sometimes noise can be heard inside room. And our key card was not working since our checkin ! When we updated to front office : the respond from front desk staff was not helpful! They said please come downstairs so we went it repeated for the 4th times and again they told me to come downstairs . So , i went and told them to change the Key Card then if worked !

It’s very clean, well maintained and the staff was very helpful.
The resturant manager on the night shift, handed over the packed breakfast exactly at 4:45 AM as requested without missing any item. He was very thoughtful and added potato wedges for my daughter in addition to the requested items. All the staff were quite helpful and polite.
Did not have a lift to the basement parking. The access road from the property to main road was narrow.

Staffs are friendly and helpful
Rooms are very small , power is going every day, one hour - the area is closed for road construction- vehicles access is limited to the hotel zone. Dusty roads, heavy machineries operates during night time . Most of hours AC goes off - poor information from reception
